Free Tuning, Waxing, Resizing, and Adjusting!

Get the most out of your ride with our free snowboard service package! We’ll wax, tune, resize, and adjust your kid’s board and bindings to keep it performing at its best. We understand that kids are constantly growing, so if your kids go through a growth spurt in the middle of the season, give us a call to schedule a resizing. 

Lost or Stolen Gear

You, as the parent/guardian, are ultimately responsible for all equipment that is rented. People don’t usually steal rental equipment. Usually, people take the wrong gear by accident, so following these steps will help you recover your items quickly if they go missing:

1. Please report to the Lost and Found located at the resort or at rental locations on the mountain.  If they have been mixed up, they may be a daily rental and may show up as a return at another rental location. Our rentals have our stickers on them, so if they do end up somewhere else, those locations will often call us. Following up and tracking down your gear is your responsibility. 

2. Notify us: Let us know that the gear is missing so we can update your account. That way, we have a heads up if we get a call from a resort or rental place.

3. Schedule a replacement. The replacement cost is based on the price of the gear as published online, based on the package you rented.

End of the Season

The ski/snowboard season in most places ends in April or early May. Our return deadline is May 1st – 10th. You have the option to return or renew your gear in this time frame. You can also return your gear any time prior to those dates. Please contact us @ 720.999.6404 ahead of time to schedule your return.
